you have to use goldhen.bin from sistr0, put it on the root folder of a fat32 formatted usb key. The goldhen stage2.bin for 9.60 is the same, it's already included in my app.

@@Cevap05 I don't recommend you to upgrade in general. 7.00 is almost the same as 7.02, and pppwn+hen is highly instable and incomplete for 7.xx fw. It's more like a temporary workaround until pppwn+goldhen is supported for 9.03 and other similar firmwares that do not want to upgrade. If you intend to stay on 7.0x you should use the psfree exploit + Goldhen, much more stable and moreover you don't need external devices or usb stick, only your browser (that's what I still use). Instead if you intend to upgrade, you can do it to 9.00fw, but you will need an usb stick on every boot. Or 11.00 with a pppwn device.

@@deviato I have a ps4 with 11.00 and to be honest the 9.00 is the best because it doesn't require any expensive devices and I don't have any problem with inserting the usb stick every time I reboot the console ,I'm not lucky at all when it comes to finding a ps4 with 9.00 , I always find them with either firmware 10 ,11.02 or 11.52 and I'm satisfied with my 11.00 until I get my hands on a 9.00

@@deviato I found a fat v2 with 9.51 1tb hard drive and a fat v2 with 10.71 500 gb hard drive yesterday, I took the 9.51 and went home, I checked the settings and the last time it was connected to the internet was in 2022 and it never did again, Lucky for me that in my country we can check the firmware version before buying them and I don't want either to waste my money on a ps4 that can't jailbreak or run homebrews

I assume that the file you are talking about is "ps4-hen-903-PPPwn-vtx.bin", right? then I change its name to payload.bin and put it on a USB with the ps4? I haven't tried it on PC yet, I'm a newbie to doing JB on PS4 but I'll learn as I go... I just hope I don't ruin my ps4 with too many Kernel Panics haha

@@KnarKZ yes, that one from EchoStretch github, you can also try different stage1 and stage2 versions if it doesn't work. I suggest you to try first with a pc and find the working combination of stage2 and payload file

@@vitorcabral6896I think your device is very old, as is the android version, therefore basic tools like zip and unzip are missing. You can work around this by installing BusyBo, I cab suggest the stericson version, you can find the apk on apkpure

Where can I find the source for stage2 to load ps4hen? Or is it working with sistro stage2 renaming the payload to goldhen.bin? I can't test because I'm on FW7.02

For 9.60 goldhen you can also replace the file /data/data/it.deviato.droidpppwn/lib/stage2.950 with the new one from sistr0 (stage2.950 is for both 9.50 and 9.60)
